Q: Do I have to sign a contract for your lawn care services?

A: No, your word is our contract. We will continue you to provide our  service until you cancel. We will automatically start your lawn care services each year unless told other wise by you.

Q: Is your lawn care company insured?

A: Yes, we are fully insured.

Q: How do I receive a quote from you?

A: We ask that you either call us or fill out the form in the “request quote” section of our website. We then look up the size of your lot and quote it according to our predetermined pricing sheet. We will then call or email you the price.

Q: How do I pay for your lawn care services?

A: We will bill your credit card on a weekly basis after each service.

Q: How often is your lawn care service?

A: You can choose our lawn mowing service for a one time only or weekly Pricing will vary according to the frequency.

Q: What if it rains?

A: If there is a substantial amount of precipitation we will schedule you for the next day. However, if we cannot service your lawn the following day, we will put you on our schedule for the next day after the rescheduled day.

Q: Does your company bag our grass?

A: No, this is not standard, however we can take care of this for an additional charge.

Q: What if something goes wrong with your lawn service?

A: Please do not hesitate to contact us if some area of our lawn service does not meet your expectations.

Q: What if the grass has not grown?

A: You can cancel our lawn mowing service if your grass hasn‘t grown, we do require a phone call at least 24 hours in advanced. Same day notifications will not work in most instances.

Q: Can I cancel your service at any time?

A: Yes, we require a telephone call 24 hours in advance of your next scheduled appointment. We also have a 6 cut minimum to qualify for our most optimal pricing. If you cancel prior to your 6th mowing we will charge you a $25 early termination fee. If you are unsure if you want to use our lawn care service, pay for a one time grass mowing and you can always opt to for our weekly service at a later date.

Q: How long is your lawn care season?

A: We usually start cutting grass in the first 3 weeks of April, depending on the grass growth of that season. And our lawn mowing services end in the first 2 weeks of November. However, we can extend our season upon your request.

Q: Do you provide leaf removal services?

A: Yes, we will notify you in the fall about our leaf removal services.

Q: What area’s does your lawn care service cover?

A: We service Oakland County Michigan and surrounding areas.

Q: Will I be disappointed with your lawn care services?

A: Not at all, we guarantee it !!!
